The venue is high-class, it offers traditional breakfast and has incredible location just next door to shopping district right up from Museum Quarter, Vienna's shopping area and incredible, subway station. Have a drink at the rooftop bar. The hotel provides a very efficient service. Also, you can use free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Location of hotel was excellent--subway virtually at the doorstep of hotel, in a popular shopping district and excellent ice cream and coffee across the street, the breakfasts were superb and the dinner we had was also excellent. Walking distance to the market and other attractions as well. Staff very helpful with directions, suggestions, etc,
Our room was a bit too small--others in our party had a bigger room for the same amount of dollars. Leaky shower door also was a bit of an annoyance and size of shower was also small.

The room is well priced. The breakfast is savoury and large - I tried eggs, bangers and bacon.

Friendly staff, particularly in the bar, excellent central location, excellent breakfast available, room cleaned well daily, good local information provided by hotel, air conditioning was welcome
room décor a bit dreary, I would worry about evacuation in the event of a fire as there is no external fire escape apart from the central stairway.

Very well located in a commercial street, very close to the tourist area. The bus stop is located in front of the hotel. Nice room and bathroom. Bike rental in front.
It is a pity the internet service costs 24 E dalily

the hotel is in the main shopping street, mariahilfer street, a few minutes walking from the museums, the hotel's stuff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good
the single rooms are a little bit small, and the internet was too expensive 12 euros per hour for god sake while most other hotels offer internet for free.

Breakfast was delicious, the staff are very friendly, location was good - right on the main shopping strip!
The windows in our room were huge which seemed a little dangerous! Not a great range of english tv channels and the wifi is ridiculously expensive.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent; a good range of choice varying from fruit, eggs, smoked salmon, cheese and lovely bread.
The room we stayed in was a little dated (1990's style).
